WORM.dance offers a unique approach to movement-based music interaction, utilizing your phone as a motion tracker to transform physical activity into sound. Here’s a concise guide on how to effectively use the app:

This application has been developed in collaboration with dancers, music therapists, and neurodivergent individuals, aiming to foster self-expression, somatic therapy, and self-soothing techniques. WORM.dance offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body through movement and sound.
